Dear Art Lovers – where did the year go?
In February we commemorated a decade since Victoria’s Black Saturday Bushfires and a painting In the Line of Fire – Fall with Grace was inspired and went on to exhibit within a series of work titled A Journey in Flow hosted by Nissarana Galleries in June. It was a very busy time both in and out of the studio as preparations were also underway for Then & Now which reunited the Wild Dogs from Down Under in August at the West Gippsland Arts Centre.
September came around quickly and for the first time we represented a ‘Collective’ at the Affordable Art Fair Melbourne. It was such a great success and exciting to present work in the Royal Exhibition Building… look out for us in 2020!
Open Studios in both March and November inspired many art lovers to travel to West Gippsland, visit the studios here in Crossover and explore a creative trail. This year also included being invited to exhibit in the office of Arnold Bloch Leibler and being selected as a finalist in the Yarra Valley Arts & Yering Station Sculpture Exhibition soon to end on the 8th of December!
Thank you all for following and for being part of this fabulous journey xxx
